Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication
What types of sheet metal do you work with?
Our 45,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is equipped to work with sheet metal of all types, including cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, magnesium, zinc, and more. With our advanced sheet metal fabrication techniques, we can create a wide range of products with sheet metal alone or in combination with structural steel and other materials.
What fabrication methods does ADJ use?
We use a combination of cutting, stamping, rolling, bending, stretching, and welding to manipulate sheet metal and create the products our customers require. We have specialized equipment like sheet metal brakes, shears, rollers, presses, and CNC tables to cut and form sheet metal into a wide variety of two-dimensional or three-dimensional shapes.
What products can you create?
We specialize in ductwork, electrical enclosures, HVAC cabinets, and other equipment for commercial customers, but we can create nearly anything, from tables and chairs to workbenches, utility carts, vehicle chassis, and more.
Custom Electrical Enclosures
What types of enclosures do you manufacture?
Our expert fabricators can create electrical enclosures of all types, from service panels and network enclosures to outlet boxes, junction boxes, and more. We are available anytime for custom orders, and with our large manufacturing facilitates, we can handle high volumes.
What does it mean to be UL-listed?
Underwriters Laboratories has been a leading promoter of product safety for over a century. Products that are UL-listed have proven themselves to be safer and of higher quality than the competition, and many applications specify that only UL-listed products can be used. At ADJ Sheet Metal, we are proud to offer a full line of UL-listed electrical enclosures that are manufactured in-house.
BIM Coordination
What is BIM coordination?
Short for building information modeling, BIM refers to the three-dimensional models of a building that are used through all phases of the construction process. BIM coordination helps architects, engineers, builders, and contractors work together on a building project and avoid problems that could lead to construction delays, mistakes, or unnecessary changes.
Why is BIM coordination important?
It can help a project stay on time and on budget, and it catches problems early, before they become major expenses.
